According to industry experts, these high prices for conventional sugar could be with us for some time to come. So switching to organic could be worthwhile for a number of reasons. Organic sugar, in particular organic raw cane sugar, offers long-term availability and price stability, and is likely to be in line with consumer preferences going forward.
