Supply in the time of Corona

The tiny Corona virus has drastically changed all areas of our lives. At short notice, plans have had to be drawn up and new solutions found. All sides have had to show flexibility and creativity.

At PRONATEC, we employees have also had to adapt rapidly to a new daily routine. We spend most of our office hours working from home. As is the case everywhere, our new reality is characterised by video sessions, social distancing, masks and disinfectants. We continue to do everything possible to ensure a good supply of products and to serve our customers competently and reliably.

In these extraordinary times, organic and Fairtrade food is in great demand, and we are in the fortunate position of having ingredients and products still readily available. Thanks to numerous precautionary measures, supplies are assured both in the countries of origin and in production. For more details, take a look at our reports from the Dominican Republic and Peru.

The only area where you may occasionally encounter problems is in logistics. We therefore recommend all our customers to allow sufficient lead time for orders.
